I call Sir Grout about marble restoration. Tim called me back within 2 hours, he was very polite accommodating and respectful. Tim arrive exactly at the scheduled time. Our marble floors are very etched and stained. Tim explained the renovating process, along with the anticipated outcome. He gave us a very honest option, providing the pro's and con's of floor renovation vs replacement, pointing out that in some situations it is cost effective to replace a floor. I have never meet a contractor as honest as Tim. He is willing to do marble restoration pointing out that some existing damage would not improve with restoration. Typically contractors will take your money knowing that the outcome will not meet the customers expectation . I wish all contractors were as honest as Tim.

Vic cleaned stained soap residue off our shower walls and re-grouted the shower floor. He then sealed the shower tile grout which will hopefully lessen the amount of buildup going forward. He was very meticulous and professional, and gave me instructions on how to maintain it. We've already set up an appointment for another shower in our house!

I purposely waited several months after Sir Grout came into our home to restore our kitchen and bathrooms because we were skeptical and didn't think the great work they did would last... We were wrong. The owner Tim was completely thorough and honest with us but Sir Grout not only met but exceeded our expectations. We do a lot of entertaining and everyone comments that our kitchen floor looks brand new. Victor and the other technician were professional, courteous and neat, despite working in our home in the middle of a really bad storm. It's still hard to believe that our floors which once looked as bad as you could imagine now look like they were just installed. Thank you Sir Grout for making our kitchen and bathrooms look beautiful again!

We cannot begin to tell you how impressed we were with the professionalism and the workmanship by Tim and Vic. Tim did the guest (second) bathroom earlier in February and Vic did the master bathroom which needed far more work, today, Feb 19. We bought the condo 15 years ago, and it is 40+ years old. The previous contractors from 11 years ago did not do a good job on either bathrooms. We are so pleased with the grout work and caulking done by Sir Grout, particularly Tim and Vic.

I was absolutely delighted with the work done in my kitchen and bathroom by Sir Grout. The first time I had my kitchen, room, and bathroom re-grouted and sealed. The results were amazing, the flooring looked brand new. Most recently I had the tiles above the bathtub re-grouted, and this too made them look brand new.
