I purposely waited several months after Sir Grout came into our home to restore our kitchen and bathrooms because we were skeptical and didn't think the great work they did would last... We were wrong. The owner Tim was completely thorough and honest with us but Sir Grout not only met but exceeded our expectations. We do a lot of entertaining and everyone comments that our kitchen floor looks brand new. Victor and the other technician were professional, courteous and neat, despite working in our home in the middle of a really bad storm. It's still hard to believe that our floors which once looked as bad as you could imagine now look like they were just installed. We cannot begin to tell you how impressed we were with the professionalism and the workmanship by Tim and Vic. Tim did the guest (second) bathroom earlier in February and Vic did the master bathroom which needed far more work, today, Feb 19. We bought the condo 15 years ago, and it is 40+ years old. The previous contractors from 11 years ago did not do a good job on either bathrooms. We are so pleased with the grout work and caulking done by Sir Grout, particularly Tim and Vic.
I was absolutely delighted with the work done in my kitchen and bathroom by Sir Grout. The first time I had my kitchen, room, and bathroom re-grouted and sealed. The results were amazing, the flooring looked brand new. Most recently I had the tiles above the bathtub re-grouted, and this too made them look brand new.
Good as New! Tim and his team did a great job on our bathroom. The grout and caulk repair and replacement made our bathroom look like new. They are also prompt and professional and educated us on how to properly clean and care for our tile and grout.

Let me start off by saying that I am very pleased with the work of Sir Grout, even though I'm still reeling from the cost. Crazy $$$. But the bathroom (shower stall & main floor) look pretty much like they did when I remodeled in 2008. They removed the awful calcium deposits in our shower stall, that was caused by our hard water or possibly poor construction. They also steamed cleaned all of it and added to the floor grout. They also honed the main floor, buffed it and applied a clear sealant. Hopefully, it lasts.
