Absolutely incredible job. The cleaning and recoloring has made it look like I had a whole new floor installed! Would recommend to everyone!
I'm very pleased with the work Sir Grout did on my kitchen and hallway floor. They cleaned and sealed the tiles, my floor looks amazing! I highly recommend Sir Grout, they are very nice and professional people. Thank you Tim and Vick for the amazing job!
Our kitchen and entry area tile and grout were 14 years old and desperately in need of professional cleaning. Sir Grout did an outstanding job and both areas look as good as new, excellent job and what we feel was a reasonable price.
Would highly recommend using Sir Grout! They did a great job! My bathrooms look brand new! They were also professional, neat and clean and a pleasure to deal with.
Meet with Tim and explained the process and the price which I found to be very reasonable. He promised to get me scheduled before the end of June and kept his promise. Victor came to the work on my kitchen floor, which I absolutely love now. My overall experience with the work was excellent. I would highly recommend Sir Grout. Thank you very much for a great job.
Sir Grout provided high quality service from first communication to scheduling to the service call. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was appreciated especially from the technician Victor. I was especially impressed how he made a price adjustment for my work because it did not require a step that had been included in estimate. My work is allowing me not to even think about tile replacement for a few years. The difference is quite dramatic especially with their recommendations on grout color. I am very pleased with my choice and the work.
Good pricing, scheduling and results. Highly recommended.
I was very pleased with both the estimating and cleaning processes. Both Tim and Victor were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with. The final amount due was exactly the same number as the estimate. I feel like I have 3 new bathrooms! Great work.
From estimate to completion Tim and team were very professional, punctual and committed to customer satisfaction. We are new owners and couldn't live with the dirty tile. They cleaned & sealed tiles in the kitchen (ceramic floors and tumble marble backsplash), conservatory, bath floor & wall tiles and patiently assisted in choosing the appropriate colored grout. They restored the kitchen granite and honed bath countertops which were stained and scratched, all the areas look bright, clean and new. The entire process was explained in detail and follow-up maintenance discussed in detail. Service and results are much more than I expected. Great company to work with. Thank you again, Nadine
They did an excellent job. I would definitely use their services again and I have already recommended Sir Grout to friends!
