Let me start off telling the world that this is a genuine review. The company, Sir Grout Westchester, knows exactly what they are doing and goes above and beyond ensuring that they achieve a level of perfection that is outstanding. The company is prompt, honest and a pleasure to have in my home. Respectful of my home's occupants and furnishings. Sir Grout Westchester provided a detailed estimate with a careful explanation of exactly what would/could be accomplished and any/all limitations. What I was not told was that the end result would be virtually perfect. The kitchen tile floor had been installed 22 years ago, as was the master bath floor. Both looked like new. Please understand that these floors had taken so much traffic and use that I was hoping that they would look good at completion. They look GREAT! The owner, Tim, is responsive and honest and the technician Vic is a master at his craft. Years of experience resulting in the best workmanship possible. I was never pushed or "up-sold" just provided honest perspective about the possibilities. I whole heartedly recommend Sir Grout Westchester.
