Sir Grout provided high quality service from first communication to scheduling to the service call. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was appreciated especially from the technician Victor. I was especially impressed how he made a price adjustment for my work because it did not require a step that had been included in estimate. My work is allowing me not to even think about tile replacement for a few years. The difference is quite dramatic especially with their recommendations on grout color. I am very pleased with my choice and the work.

From estimate to completion Tim and team were very professional, punctual and committed to customer satisfaction. We are new owners and couldn't live with the dirty tile. They cleaned & sealed tiles in the kitchen (ceramic floors and tumble marble backsplash), conservatory, bath floor & wall tiles and patiently assisted in choosing the appropriate colored grout. They restored the kitchen granite and honed bath countertops which were stained and scratched, all the areas look bright, clean and new. Sir Grout turned my old tiles back into new. Not only did they clean and seal my floor, they replaced the old worn out grout. Now, my old, tired ceramic tiles are absolutely beautiful again. An absolute pleasure to work with.

I call Sir Grout about marble restoration. Tim called me back within 2 hours, he was very polite accommodating and respectful. Tim arrive exactly at the scheduled time. Our marble floors are very etched and stained. Tim explained the renovating process, along with the anticipated outcome. He gave us a very honest option, providing the pro's and con's of floor renovation vs replacement, pointing out that in some situations it is cost effective to replace a floor. I have never meet a contractor as honest as Tim. He is willing to do marble restoration pointing out that some existing damage would not improve with restoration. Typically contractors will take your money knowing that the outcome will not meet the customers expectation . I wish all contractors were as honest as Tim.
Vic cleaned stained soap residue off our shower walls and re-grouted the shower floor. He then sealed the shower tile grout which will hopefully lessen the amount of buildup going forward. He was very meticulous and professional, and gave me instructions on how to maintain it. We've already set up an appointment for another shower in our house!
