This is the first time I have done business with Sir Grout. Victor was on time, professional, and did an outstanding job of cleaning out old grout and replacing with a perfectly matched color. He repaired a window opening and it looks better than it did before it needed repair!! Victor was trustworthy, honest, hard working and is extremely talented in his field. Sir Grout handles themselves very professionally. Tim is great because he understands the homeowner and what needs to be done. I think they are very honest about their recommendations and will not upsell you on work that maybe a short term fix but long term loss. I appreciate that candidness. Although they are not the cheapest, I would say you get what you pay. The work they did for me was outstanding and I have confidence it was done properly. Tim runs a very good business and I would continue to use him again.

He'll give you sound advice and will not leave your home until you're satisfied. Very punctual, very respectful, and most importantly very knowledgeable. You can hire the other guys to save a couple of pennys and ruin your floors, or you can get it done by Sir Grout and get it done right. He did both of my bathrooms and I couldn't be much happier. Will hire again to do my old folks house.
