We were impressed with the assessment of what we needed, and also with the workmanship, as well as the advice on how to maintain our kitchen floor tiles and grout. We are happy with the results, and highly recommend Sir Grout.
We were very pleased with Tim and Victor who repaired some grout in our shower. They were very knowledgeable and knew their stuff. We had only minor pints of grout to repair, but we knew it was precarious and had multiple issues that required special materials above and beyond the normal. They were here for 130min and our bill was $600. I would do it all over again though. Highly recommended.
Excellent job and communication from everyone. I will recommend and utilize them in the future if needed.
Vic came to my Co-op apartment, estimated the job, explained all work he would do in the bathroom tile walls and the kitchen counter and floor. On the day of work Vic and his partner performed their craft with great precision. After all the work was completed, my family and friends thought the kitchen counter was new tile! The tile walls in the bathroom are beautiful. All thanks to Sir Grout.
Professional, informative and polite from assessment to job completion. Perfect job and cleaned up. Would definitely use them again.
Beautiful work! Took the stains out of the marble. Bathroom looks brand new! Thank you!!
Second time that I am using them. Professional and reliable. My floors look brand new. A completely pleasurable experience. 5 stars.
Our refinished floor came out beautifully. The floor looks revived and the grout is sparkling. I don't believe any other cleaner would have been able to restore and finish the floor the way Sir Grout promised and came through on.
We are very happy with the look of our kitchen floor and bathrooms. The grout is clean and looks like new. Victor was punctual and very professional. Have already recommended to a friend.
Totally delighted with the job Vic did on our bathrooms, kitchen floor and hallway. He and Tim were very professional and we would definitely recommend Sir Grout.
