Tim was exceptionally knowledgeable and honest. He explained that because of the age of the tiles and grout that re-grouting wasn't really feasible and, if attempted, wouldn't last. Even though he was not going to get any work, he carefully explained what could be done to clean and protect the existing grout, specifying products and describing techniques. I would certainly call him for other jobs.

We appreciated that Victor took pride in his work including his choice of materials and methods to remove the embedded iron stains. Highest recommendation... can only wish that our other house improvements will go as smoothly!
I just want to tell you how great Vic is. His work is amazing and how he handles himself, a total pro. He made our UGLY tile kitchen floor look beautiful, brand new again. He also made our EYE SORE stand up master shower look so much better. My apologies to the good contractors out there, but I despise most contractors. Sir Grout is one of the exceptions. And Vic is a pleasure to have do work in our home. I am kind of sad we are moving and won't have him over to improve our house again down the road in the future.
Sir Grout essentially restored our kitchen floor, powder room, master bathroom and guest bathroom to look like they are new. The tiles (kitchen is porcelain and the bathrooms are marble) were cleaned and/or sanded as needed, the grouts cleaned and re-grouted and all were sealed. The workmanship has been impeccable, all very well done. Victor and Tim are knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to use Sir Grout again.
