Sir Grout is perfect. My floors look completely new. I'd have not thought such a transformation was possible. Also, Tim and Victor are incredibly nice guys. I recommend them fully, without hesitation.
Sir Grout was recommended to me by my neighbor. I really liked working with Tim. He was very professional and honest. Tim worked on my floors and did a very thorough. His attention to detail is what I liked best about his services. My floor looked brand new when he completed his work. I would surely recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking to restore/clean their floors.
Tim and Victor were extremely meet and responsive to the issues that we needed addressed including one last minute add-on. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.
Tim was great, such a huge help to us. He was honest about our project's requirements and although we will end up doing more than just regrouting because our bathroom is in pretty rough shape, his advice and expertise were exactly what we needed. He's incredibly knowledgeable and will provide solid recommendations. Was sad we couldn't work with him, hopefully in the future!
We recently bought a house in Westchester and needed guidance on what to do with existing slate floors. Tim came by to evaluate our floors and gave us recommendations. He was knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. And he was genuinely a nice human being, which has been rare among the contractors and vendors we've encountered as we've worked to get our home ready for move in. Highly recommend him!!
In preparation to sell our home we decided to clean the tile/ grout in our kitchen, hall and foyer. Tim came to our home to do an assessment, and he actually recommended not wasting our money on it, that it would not clean well. When we had the floor installed several years ago, the company we used made errors and took shortcuts. Tim patiently explained the issues to us and recommended just giving the floor a good cleaning and then leave it be. We appreciated his honesty. He took time from his Saturday and would not accept payment. Nice to know there are still honest people that want to do the best job possible. Highly recommend based on his knowledge and honesty.
My experience with Sir Grout was awesome. 10 out of 10. Tim was extremely professional and his workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend him/your team to anyone needing similar services.
Vic did a fantastic job on our terracotta floors, bringing them back to life and treating them as if they were his own. Can't thank him or Sir Grout enough.
Tim from Sir Grout took my neglected kitchen floor very seriously. He visited several times before my scheduled service day to be sure I was happy with the color choices. On my service day, Victor from Sir Grout showed up exactly on time, ready to go. He worked diligently all day, wearing earbuds, not rattling a loud radio. He explained everything about floor care and left my kitchen looking great! It was an all day job, done well with no mess. That's a big win for my floor and for me. Sir Grout is terrific.
