In preparation to sell our home we decided to clean the tile/ grout in our kitchen, hall and foyer. Tim came to our home to do an assessment, and he actually recommended not wasting our money on it, that it would not clean well. When we had the floor installed several years ago, the company we used made errors and took shortcuts. Tim patiently explained the issues to us and recommended just giving the floor a good cleaning and then leave it be. We appreciated his honesty. He took time from his Saturday and would not accept payment. Nice to know there are still honest people that want to do the best job possible. Highly recommend based on his knowledge and honesty.
