Sir Grout redid our kitchen and two bathrooms. They were all in a great need for a deep cleaning and recoloring of the grout. Tim is a real pro. He did a first visit scoping out the job and giving us an estimate which ended up being the final price. He came a second time to finalize the color choices that we made for the grout, and then came for another day and a half to do the job.

We are extremely pleased with all of the work that Tim did. Very clean and organized, on schedule and was a perfectionist in all his work. The rooms look brand new.

I would like to share my recent positive experience with Tim, the owner of a top-notch company, Sir Grout Westchester. The service that I received from the initial inspection of my master bathroom foundation to the grout restoration of my bathroom floor, tub and shower areas was exceptional! Tim and Victor arrived on time, and the work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. Tim is very knowledgeable, and he cares about the customer's needs, but what impressed me most was his attention to detail.

He came to see my bathroom a second time before the grout restoration process started because he found a grout color that he thought would be a better match for my 20-year-old tiles. I wish that I could find other vendors with the same level of devotion to customer satisfaction. My bathroom looks amazing! We recently bought a house in Westchester and needed guidance on what to do with existing slate floors. Tim came by to evaluate our floors and gave us recommendations.
