We were referred to Sir Grout by the contractor who remodeled our kitchen and whose referral we knew we could trust. The travertine stone tiles which were installed some 15 years ago, were badly in need of cleaning and sealing. Tim, the owner of Sir Grout, personally came over to inspect the floor and give us a quote. The flooring had a detailed mosaic border which required special effort and care to restore. He actually got down on his hands and knees and scrubbed a section to evaluate the condition! He carefully explained what it would take to restore the floor. But the big question was - who would be doing the work? When he said he would - we hired him!
He was timely, professional and obviously a perfectionist. We are very happy with how the floor turned out. Additionally, he gave us important information about how to care for the floor going forward. Tim did an excellent job and as an added plus, he is very personable and a pleasure to work with.
