He arrived on time and completed the job in one day. He cleaned the existing tile completely, then re-grouted the entire area and then sealed the tiles after the grout dried. It looks like a new bathroom.

I have been meaning to thank you for the wonderful job your team did on my kitchen floor. The floor is 15 years old and now it looks brand new! I thought the tiles in my bathroom needed a good cleaning, but the problem was actually that the grout had worn away after many years of use. I saw an ad for Sir Grout, and thought I'd have them take a look.Tim came for a consultation, and told me what needed to be done to preserve the tiles, and prevent future water damage. The following Saturday, Sam did his magic, and transformed my bathtub/ shower from a dingy worn area, to a sparkling showcase. I can even leave the shower curtain open now! Both Tim and Sam were prompt and polite, and Sam did a great job of cleaning up after he was done. The cost to have this work done was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Sir Grout!

I cannot say enough good things about Sir Grout! I started out doing just my kitchen floor, but now Sir Grout has sealed every tile floor in my home. Everything is easier to clean now, and looks brand new.
We had a wonderful experience with Tim, who was both professional and punctual. He also was extremely patient -- I made MANY calls before the service was done, and he never minded answering all my questions. We have had so much trouble with our grout in the past -- we had a contractor come in, remove and re-grout our entire bathroom. It still didn't fix our problem. Our grout was continually getting stained. Finally, I found out about Sir Grout, and now our grout is bright, beautiful and won't stain again! I thought it was amazing how it still looks and feels like regular grout, but is no longer porous and won't absorb everything that gets on it ... I want to let you know how great the floors look! What an improvement -- they look newly installed! It's hard to believe that despite good care, what normal wear and tear can do to durable tile floors. This was a worthwhile investment in the beauty of my floors!
