I was very pleased with the work Tim O'Leary did for me in repairing my bathtub area. During the evaluation he advised me how to prevent further damage while waiting for our scheduled date to do the work. He showed great care and the results were excellent. When the work was completed he showed me how to make the other tiles in the bathtub area shine and suggested some products to keep the area looking like new.
We used Sir Grout TEN years ago and our bathroom floors lasted very well. We just brought them back in to refresh the same bathroom floors and the results exceeded our expectations! Extremely satisfied with job done. Grout and our Porcelain tile was meticulously scrubbed and cleaned and grout recolored and sealed. Worker took great care in guarding cabinets and appliances. Worth every dollar. Floor looks better than new. Took several hours to complete. Highly recommend.
We recently had our kitchen tile cleaned by a well known company who claimed that they would be able to remove wax from the tile and restore the grout color . Needless to say we were quite disappointed with the outcome and called the company to complain with no resolution.
