Tim did an amazing job cleaning and sealing the grout in our kitchen and bathrooms. He identified problems and proposed solutions to each issue that he found. He was thoughtful and courteous. And he helped me to identify the best way to care for my floors going forward, which is no small job given that I have 4 Labradors. Tim also identified a few places where caulk had cracked, which could have led to water damage and mold. He repaired those as well. Tim, owner of Sir Grout Westchester, runs a great business! He came on day 1 and gave me a very detailed estimate of the project, on day 2 he arrived as scheduled. He repaired my grout in 3 rooms and cleaned the tiles. He was efficient and courteous, and the quality of his work was outstanding. The floors look better than brand new. Tim did a great job. His work, principles, and care for detail is
excellent. He goes the extra mile to achieve perfection on his jobs. We had him do the grouting and caulking in our bathroom. We were so pleased with his work; we asked him to do the grouting in our kitchen. He corrected a previous job that was not done well. He explained to us that you only use clear grout for the back wall of the kitchen counter tops. I was so impressed with the results. I was in awe of his care to detail. Thank you Tim.
