This is an outstanding operation. As an interior designer I work with multiple contractors on a daily basis. I can't remember the last time anyone has been this professional, honest and independent with problem solving. From Tim's quick response to my request for a quote - and then the fair quote which he later suggested he reduce as he found the scope of work could be scaled back with the same spectacular results. He and Vic transformed 1000sq' of hopeless dingy kitchen pavers with soiled and broken grout. They were pleasant, on time, provided loads of advice and produced results beyond what we had ever expected.
I reached out to Sir Grout after I was referred to them by a contractor friend, who suggested that our second bathroom could be given that new feel, without putting in a new bathroom.
