On the day of the assessment, Tim O'Leary, Sir Grout Westchester's owner, arrived at the customers' home to do a complete evaluation of the natural stone floors. He immediately noticed that the pitted reddish stone floors in both rooms were full of dirt and the sanded grout had turned black. He explained that this happened because every time the floors were mopped, dirty water was pushed around instead of being totally removed, filling the pits in tile and the recessed grout lines.

The homeowners asked if there was any solution to the problem, and our specialist assured him that a complete stone cleaning job would recover the beautiful look of their natural stone floors. But when he assured them that he could repair the cracked and missing grout with a premium flexible material without anyone knowing that there ever was a problem they agreed right away to schedule a date to do the job the following week.
